Gereral Info
These terms and conditions apply to all people registered for the Balboa Castle Camp.
With your registration to this workshop you are accepting our terms and conditions.
The Balboa Castle Camp does not take any responsibility for incidents and/or injuries nor for stolen or lost personal things.
We reserve the right to cancel the shuttle buses until 4 weeks before the camp. In this case we would pay you back the bus fee at the registration desk.
We reserve the right to cancel the event. In this case we would pay back all camp fees.
Registration
Please confirm your registration within 7 days after approval or your spot may be given to someone else.
(See step 2. of the
registration process).
Paying all at once
Please send your money transfer within four days after you've received the third and final email from us.
(See step 3. of the registration process.)
Paying in installments
If you can not pay the class, food, housing and bus transfer fee at once, you can pay in installments.
Please make your initial payment of at least 50% of the workshop fee within four days after you've received the third and final email from us. (See step 3. of the registration process.)
Note that all installments have to complete the total registration fee within 12 weeks of your registration or by the 1st of August 2012, whichever comes earlier.
If you want to pay in installments please tell us so during the registration so we don't have to wonder why you are not paying the full amount.
If you are a NSG member we will withdraw the whole camp fee within one month after your registration from your bank account.
If you do not want this, please check "pay in installments" and wire the money.
Important
If we have not received your initial or complete payment within 7 business days after you've received the third and final confirmation email, your registration may be cancelled in order to make room for people on the waiting list.
If you are doing an international money transfer, send us a message that you have sent your payment, and we will wait a few days longer for the transfer to arrive.
Direct Debit Mandate (Lastschriftverfahren - German Bank Accounts only)
If you have provided us with a direct debit mandate, the fee will be deducted from your bank account automatically! As this is a large amount please let us know if you prefer to pay in installments.
Cancelling your registration
If you are prevented from attending please cancel as early as possible!
The refundable amount depends on the date of cancellation:
until the 1st of June 2012 the refund is 100%
until the 15th of Juli 2012 the refund is 70% of the workshop & accomodation fee, 100% of the food.
Please be aware that we cannot refund the fee after the 15th of Juli 2012 except the EUR 175 for food!
But we'll gladly accept if you find someone who is willing to take your place (workshop and/or accommodation)!

Due to the costs of receiving PayPal payments we charge a premium of 5% for each PayPal payment.
