Food
With the meal plan you will get three meals a day, filter coffee and tea during meals - and a Gala Dinner on Saturday night.
You can choose between vegetarian or carnivore meals. For latenights you can get optional snacks.
Since there are no kitchens to prepare you own meals nor a supermarket to buy food, you have to go with the catering option when attending this camp.

The cost for the meals for the whole week including all the parties is €229.
You can only get the food plan for the whole week or as part of the Weekend Pass and not for certain days or meals only.
We start with dinner on Monday 9/9 and end with breakfast on Monday 9/16/2013.
Accommodation
Sleep in the Castle
Most rooms will have from four to eight sleeping spots (a bunch double beds that sleep two people).
Some rooms have bathrooms, some don't. Some of the rooms with bathrooms/ showers will be accessible to all. It's going to get cozy at times and we'll have to make this work together.
Prepare for a potential dormitory style situation. If you need more privacy, consider the rooms in the guest house.
There are only 80 free sleeping spots availabe in the castle which will be given out on a first-register, first-served basis.
If you already know people who are coming and who you would like to share a room with, let us know (in your registration).
There will be a couple of rooms "for girls only". Blankets, pillows, bed linen and sheet
and pillow covers are provided. Towels not. Please bring your own towels.
The room and bed allotment will happen on Monday at the registration. You can not pre-book any rooms.
The cost for a sleeping spot in the castle for the whole week is €149.

Sleep in the Guest House
The Guest House is located right next to the castle, about 100 meters away. Most of these rooms sleep two people and they all have bathrooms with showers; towels are provided.
The cost for a sleeping spot for the whole week in the guest house is €229. The room allotment will happen on Monday at the registration. You can request a room in the Guest House in your registration and you will be notified about the vacancy of these rooms.
More Info
Sleeping arrangements in the Castle and in the Guest House can only be booked for the whole duration of the camp and not for parts of the week or just the weekend.
If you want to come just for the weekend, you'd either have to contact us to see if there are still free beds in the castle, choose to camp or find a place to stay in a neighboring village.
Camping
You can camp on a small meadow just behind the castle.
There are no camping facilities, so campers have to use facilities inside the Castle.
Camping is €15 per person per night.
You may also put your own mattress in the barn and sleep there which is also €15 per person per night. It's pretty rugged and dusty in the barn, so only consider this option if you are really adventurous.
The Healing Castle
The Healing Castle is located 7 km from Beesenstedt in the village of Schochwitz.
You can book beds or rooms there as well.
They have different choices from luxurious suites to multi-bed rooms.
You'd need a car to travel back and forth and you'll have to check availability and make reservations directly with them.
